Established in 2010, M. Evans Consulting is a woman-owned engineering firm specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis for clients throughout Texas. Michelle Evans, P.E., C.F.M. is the owner and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She has more than 23 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, floodplain and stormwater management and dam safety.
